What ages are playgrounds suitable for?
Our soft play equipment is suited for crawlers through preschool years.
The x-large ball pits are suited for crawlers up to 8 years old.
Do you assemble the soft play for us?
Yes, our units come in multiple pieces that we will assemble for you at the time of delivery and dissemble at pick-up. We require at least 2 hours prior to setup the play space before your scheduled time block and 1 hour after your event to disassemble. Setup usually takes 45 minutes and breakdown takes approximately 30 minutes. The 1 hour before and after your event ensures we have ample time to account for things like space configurations and parking considerations.

Please note that we require a dry, flat surface free of water, debris, and obstruction to set up our play areas. In addition, setup area must be located in a shaded area to keep equipment away from the sun and heat, which can overheat the equipment and cause damage or possibly ‘ouchies’ when in contact with skin. These requirements are for the safety of all your little toddlers! Depending on availability, we have a canopy for rental.
How do I make a reservation:
Visit our Book Now page. A HP team member will respond to you shortly with availability. Once your date is confirmed, a $100 retainer is required to secure your event date. The Happy Posh rental agreement will need to be returned and the final amount owed is due no later than 14 days from the start of your scheduled event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card via our secured booking platform. The $100 retainer is included in the full amount owed.
what are your cleaning procedures?
All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned using non-toxic, COVID-19 virus killing disinfectants. Every item including balls, mats, ball pit, are cleaned! We are driven by our dedication to provide a clean play area. The co-owner has been a healthcare professional for 18 years and takes this process seriously.
Are there delivery charges?
Yes, the delivery fee is $2.36 per mile one way from the 77433 zip code area. The fee includes delivery, set-up, and breakdown. Please email us to inquire about a specific location - admin@happyposhrentals.com.
can the soft play mobile playground be used for outdoor events
Only if the outdoor event is in a shaded or tented environment and on a flat, dry surface free of water, debris, and any obstructions. If it is raining, drizzling, or rain in the forecast for the day, we will not set up the equipment outside, even if under a canopy. You will need to have a contingency play, we will help re-configure the play area indoors. We will not accept cancellations, reschedules or requests for refund in case of inclement weather, an indoor contingency plan is highly recommended.
